Customer Service - How to Order
First, browse through our selection of fabrics and other goods page. Click on each item for larger photographs and product details. When you have found the product(s) you would like to purchase, write down title or sku number of fabric. When you have everything you need, email us. Please provide us with necessary information. We accept payment by PayPal, personal checks or money orders in US funds. Personal checks may have to wait to clear your bank. All major credit cards are accepted by Paypal. When you e-mail an order, you will receive a invoice from us shortly. After you make a payment, we will ship out your order ASAP.

Provide us following information when you place an order via email.
1. Name
2. Shipping address (please include country)
3. Order (include title or SKU number )

4. Quantity (ex. 1unit(1/4 yard), 2units(1/2 yard) , and 4units(1yard) )

United States:
By USPS First class mail Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
Canada:
By USPS Standard Airmail Orders are usually delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
International:
By USPS Standard Airmail Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks.

ATTENTION: Insurance is available in extra charge.
Insurance is optional. If you do not request insurance you are accepting responsibility of shipping loss or damage. I do not replace or refund cost of items lost or damage by the post office or other shipper.

It depends on where you live, and how much the item you ordered weighs. We ship everything by USPS First-Class mail (airmail letter/parcel post for international orders), unless you have other preferences. More information, please read shipping information page.

Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If you would like to add insurance, let us know when you place an order by email. Insurance will be added for an extra charge.
